Technology should amplify human potential, not replace it. This core conviction drove our team's engagement at HR Tech Asia 2025, where we joined 6,500 professionals exploring the intersection of innovation and humanity in the workplace.
From May 5–8 at Singapore's Suntec Convention Centre, ISSI Corp was represented by President & COO Kristina Carla Racho, Head of HR Jessy Rose Marciano, Organizational Development Officer for Strategy and Sustainability Emee Tan, HR Supervisor John Lloyd Delos Arcos, and Organizational Development and Employee Relations Specialist Alvin Andrew Adriano.
The four-day event delivered insights across 100+ sessions and six conference tracks, with 150 exhibitors spanning 20,000 square meters of innovation showcase. Yet beyond the impressive scale, what captured our attention were the conversations about employee well-being, organizational resilience, and technology's role in strengthening—not replacing—human connections.
"The event showcased cutting-edge HR innovations while addressing critical topics like ESG, employee well-being, and digital transformation," reflected Jessy Rose Marciano, our Head of HR. "Most importantly, it demonstrated how organizations can harness technology to help people adapt and thrive through change."
Jessy also shared a moment that particularly resonated with her from executive coach Mimi Nicklin's closing keynote: "The fourth industrial revolution is not just about tech, it's about people." This sentiment crystallized what we've always believed in our organization.
