    Retention Period: This is the time period the collected data will be saved or retained by the processing company for its processing purposes. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the stated processing purposes. The data will be deleted after it is required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Sometimes, we may retain your information for longer periods as permitted or required by law, such as to maintain suppression lists, prevent abuse, if required in connection with a legal claim or proceeding, to enforce our agreements, for tax, accounting, or to comply with other legal obligations. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize your information from our active databases. We will also securely store the information and isolate it from further processing on backup discs until deletion is possible. We hold the data in your account as long as you choose to use Zoho Services. Once you terminate your Zoho user account, your data will eventually get deleted from the active database during the next clean-up that occurs once in 6 months. The data deleted from the active database will be deleted from backups after 3 months. II. USE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

ISSI CORP may use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

Only Personal Information necessary for the Services which ISSI CORP offers and which you have registered to on the Site will be obtained from you and processed to enable you to avail of ISSI CORP’s Services. Additional personal information may be required from you should you desire to communicate, negotiate, or enter into any kind of agreement with any of ISSI CORP’s partners.

III. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to provide its Services to you, ISSI CORP may share your Personal Information to its partners – ecozone operators, service providers, suppliers, ecozone enterprises, government agencies, associations, and chambers of commerce (“Partners”) – on a per need basis, to address your particular needs and concerns and provide you with their services.

Our Partners (who have signed a contract with ISSI CORP) may, among others: (i) contact one another through their accounts in the Site; (ii) receive inquiries from visitors of ISSI CORP's website; and (iii) rate and review suppliers and service providers.

ISSI CORP may also share your Personal Information, subject to your consent, to the following:
  • Third Party Vendors, Service Providers, Contractors or Agents who may perform functions on ISSI CORP’s behalf, to monitor and analyze the use of our Site and Services, for payment processing, and to contact you.

We may share your information with Getaka Labs, the administrator managing the Site as well as our Affiliates including our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

  • To government agencies, investigative bodies, or the courts, as may be required by law and other rules and regulations.

The Site may contain links to other third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not maintained and officially connected or affiliated with ISSI CORP. Any personal information independently and separately provided by you to these sites is not covered by this Policy. ISSI CORP is not responsible for the safety and protection of any personal information which you may have to provide to these sites.

V. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

ISSI CORP shall keep your Personal Information in its records, as may be applicable, for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which the data was obtained, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or for legitimate business purposes, or as provided by law. ISSI CORP will also retain data collected from your browser for internal analysis purposes. This data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of the Site and our Services, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods. Disposition of Personal Information shall be done in accordance with the law, in a secure manner that would prevent further processing, unauthorized access, or to ensure that disposed information is not accessible to the public.

VI. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

ISSI CORP respects your privacy and takes paramount care in protecting your Personal Information. As such, ISSI CORP has implemented reasonable technical, physical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to secure and protect your Personal Information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or use for any unauthorized purpose, in accordance with the requirements of the law, specifically the Data Privacy Laws.

Nevertheless, please be aware that despite ISSI CORP’s efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. You should also take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your account, password/passcode, phone, tablet, device, or computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared or public computer; choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess; and keeping your username and password private. ISSI CORP shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any unauthorized activity or use of your account arising from, directly or indirectly, unauthorized access to your account.

VII. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM MINORS

Our Services do not address anyone under 18 years of age. ISSI CORP does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information or data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at dataprotection@issicorp.com. If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent's consent before we collect and use that information. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected without verification of parental consent, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.

VIII. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

ISSI CORP may process Personal Information under the following conditions in accordance with the legal basis for processing personal data under Data Privacy Act of 2012, and/or GDPR:

If you make a request, we will try our best to respond to you as soon as possible. X. YOUR DPA RIGHTS

If you are within the Philippines, ISSI CORP is mindful of your rights under the DPA, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (the “IRRs”) or of other relevant data privacy laws and that you should be the ultimate decision-maker on matters involving your Personal Information.

When you give your consent to this Policy, and for as long as you are a user, you consented to and until your account expires or is terminated, or your consent is withdrawn, you continue to consent to, our collection, processing, use, sharing, storage, and eventual destruction of your Personal Information for the purpose of providing you with the Services you have registered to or may want to register to, as well as for other uses identified in Sections II and III of this Policy.

All throughout the term of your registration with the Site, you may, at any time, exercise your right to revise the Personal Information you have given, to refuse access, processing, or use of your Personal Information, to withdraw consent previously given to the access, processing, or use of your Personal Information, or to object to the same.
