On July 18, 2026, ISSI Corp held its Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 Employee Appreciation Day at the Philplans Corporate Center. The event was organized by the Human Resources Department, led by Jessy Rose Marciano, Head of Human Resources.
The Appreciation Day kicked off at 8:00 AM. Recognition was given across the board. The Employee of the Month Award was presented to honor outstanding performance and contributions, while birthday celebrants were also given a special moment to be celebrated. Furthermore, newly promoted team members were recognized during the event, with the majority coming from the Learning and Development Team, while most excellence awardees hailed from the Operations Team.
More than recognition, the event was a way to show appreciation for the hard work of the people of ISSI Corp. It was the organization’s way of showing gratitude for their dedication. Every grind and effort did not go unnoticed—ISSI Corp acknowledges the crucial role its people play in the organization.
