People at the Heart of Success: ISSI Corp Wins HR Asia Awards for Two Consecutive Years

A Recognition of ISSI Corp’s Commitment to Its People

‍

HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia is an award-giving body that recognizes organizations across Asia that demonstrate excellent human resource management, strong employee engagement, and positive workplace practices. In the Philippines, the selection process involves a thorough assessment to identify organizations that meet the awards’ criteria.

‍

We are proud to announce that ISSI Corp has once again been recognized by HR Asia as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026. Alongside this recognition, the organization also received the People Transformation and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) special awards, marking its second consecutive year of recognition in the Best Companies to Work for in Asia and DEI categories.

‍

“The awards are the voice of the people, and they reflect our commitment to diversity and equity. They affirm our commitment to continual learning and continual improvement to transform a little something into a big something,” Carla V. Racho said, President and COO.

‍

The event was held at the Grand Ballroom of Manila Marriott Hotel

These recognitions were presented on October 6, 2026, at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City. The event was attended by Carla V. Racho, together with the Support and Operations Team, composed of Jessy Rose Marciano, Francis Marciano, Justine Mendoza, Lloyd Delos Arcos, Loraine Viray, Jocelyn Gomez, Reden Bello, Duane Sta Teresa, and Miles Amparado.

‍

A Meaningful Milestone for the Organization and Its People

‍

Looking back at ISSI Corp’s journey over the past 16 years, receiving these awards is truly meaningful, as it reflects the organization’s progress over the years. Behind these achievements are the collective efforts of the people within the company who are committed to shaping a progressive, inclusive, and harmonious workplace.

‍

Jessy Marciano, Head of Human Resources

‍

“This award reflects our people-first culture and commitment to creating a workplace where associates feel valued, supported, and empowered,” Jessy Marciano said , Head of Human Resources.

‍

Carla shared that the organization had simply been living out its values by being an organization that always places people at the heart of everything it does. However, last year, they started giving more visibility to ISSI Corp’s workplace culture.

‍

“Last year, we started being more intentional. We wanted to highlight the brand and what our culture really stands for,” she said.

‍

Apart from that, she emphasized that the awards are even more special because the people voted for the organization to receive them. These awards are testaments to the people’s shared experiences in the workplace.

‍

Expressing Appreciation to the People Behind the Success

‍

The HR Asia Awards are about showing gratitude to the people who shape the workplace culture. They acknowledge their meaningful contributions to the organization’s growth and continued success. These are not just awards—they embody the shared principles of associates and the organization’s commitment to its people.

The HR Asia Awards Trophies from 2025 and 2026

‍

For Carla, the award carries a meaning that goes beyond recognition. ISSI Corp does not pursue accolades for the sake of having them — what matters is what they represent for the organization and the people behind it. At its core, ISSI Corp’s culture is its people, and their commitment to continuous growth, both professionally and personally, is what the company is most proud of.

‍

The journey has not been without its challenges. But as the organization moves into its next chapter, the hope is that its people carry forward the lessons learned while holding on to the values that define them — embracing what lies ahead with excitement and joy rather than apprehension.

‍

“Being recognized by HR Asia as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia validates our commitment to caring for our associates and creating an environment where they can thrive both at work and in their personal lives.” — Jessy Marciano, Head of Human Resources
“And may these awards, as we see them, represent our values as human beings that can never be replaced by any technology or AI — because we are unique, and that is what makes these awards special.” — Carla V. Racho, President and COO

‍

Thank you to every associate and everyone who played a part in making this achievement possible. ISSI Corp will continue to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive workplace. Always for the people.
